Our Story

A little corner of Mission that feels like home

TheFix started with a simple idea: what if a bakery could be more than just a place to grab a quick snack? What if it could be a spot where neighbors stop by for a warm croissant and end up staying for an hour of conversation?

Nestled on East 1st Street, we bake every morning from scratch — sourdough loaves with a crackling crust, buttery danishes, and seasonal pastries that change with the rhythm of the year. Our grocery section is curated the same way: honest ingredients, local favorites, and the kinds of things you'd want to find if someone shopped for you.

No rush. No pretense. Just good food and a warm welcome.
